29th - On the Blind-Yeo at Clevedon there were 12 Little Grebes, 2 Gadwall and a Kingfisher.  Highlights from the Clevedon-Yeo were a Golden Plover, 2 Knot and 5 Shoveler.

26th - One of the Ring-necked Parakeets was again seen around the area of the Blind-Yeo in Clevedon, 2 Peregrines, 4 Snipe and 3 Jack Snipe were also seen in this area.

24th - At the Clevedon-Yeo 9 Shoveler and 3 Gadwall were seen.

23rd - At Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve today there were 2 Little Grebes, 65 Wigeon, 4 Pochard, 8 Tufted Ducks, 19 Shoveler, Peregrine, 350 Lapwing, 4 Stonechats, 45 Redwing and 7 Bullfinch.

21st - At the Clevedon-Yeo today there were 4+ Little Egrets, 110+ Wigeon, 70+ Teal, Peregrine with Feral Pigeon!, 18+ Oystercatchers, 37 Grey Plover, 450 Lapwing, 4 Knot, 400 Dunlin, 80+ Curlew, 110 Redshank, 1 Snipe and 35+ Turnstone.

20th - At Weston Moor today there were 3 Buzzards, 5 Stonechats, 17 Snipe, 22 Siskins, 2 Reed Buntings and 85 Fieldfare.  There were at least 2 Lesser Redpoll at the Perfect Bite pools.

18th - A Richards Pipit was seen briefly at Clevedon today on the coast near Channel View Farm, before a clay pigeon shoot meant it was lost.   Also on the coast here were 6 Little Egrets, 55 Shelduck, 180 Wigeon, 70+ Teal, Merlin (female), Peregrine, 38 Oystercatchers, 4 Ringed Plover, 42 Grey Plover, 150+ Lapwing, 475+ Dunlin, 5+ Common Snipe, 145+ Curlew, 150+ Redshank, 38 Turnstone and 3 Stonechats.  At the Perfect Bite pools 5 Redpoll, a Little Egret and Great Spotted and Green Woodpecker were seen.

17th - At Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve there were 28 Wigeon, 5 Shoveler, 120 Teal, 10 Tufted Ducks, 8 Ringed Plover, c700 Dunlin, 5 Jack Snipe, 11 common Snipe and 19 Redshank.  At Clevedon a Spotted Redshank, Brent Geese, 40 Grey Plover and a Barn Owl (Blakes Pools) were seen.  A possible Dartford Warbler was a the Perfect Bite pools.

15th - At Clevedon today there were at least 9 Little Egrets, 3 Brent Goose (one pale-bellied), 2 male Goosander, Peregrine male, 27 Grey Plover, 100+ Lapwing, 95 Curlew, Spotted Redshank, 130+ Redshank and 2 Great Black-backed Gulls.

14th - 3 Brent Geese, 230 Dunlin, 10 Grey Plover and c200 Lapwing were at Clevedon today.

13th - At Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve there were 240 Lapwing, 80 Dunlin, 2 Shoveler, 9 Tufted Ducks and 6 Reed Buntings.  Two male Goosanders were seen on the Blind-Yeo at Clevedon.

12th - At Weston Moor today there were 143 Snipe, 17 Siskins, 4 Buzzards, 5 Stonechat, 22 Fieldfare and  Redwings.

11th - Foggy weather prevented most birding, at Clevedon 3 Water Pipits were at the mouth of the Yeo and a Goosander flew up-river.  In the marsh at Wains Hill 18 Common Snipe and 4 Jack Snipe were counted.  Two Pintail were seen off Blackstone Rocks.  Three Water Rails were at Blakes Pools. At Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve a Shoveler, 3 Gadwall, 2 Wigeon, 2 Pochard, Little Owl and a 2 Raven were seen.

10th - A Dartford Warbler was a good find at Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve this morning, also there were 400 Lapwing, 350 Dunlin, 3 Reed Buntings, 8 Tufted Ducks,  Little Grebes and 8 Bullfinch.

 
7th - At the Yeo today there were 5+ Little Egrets, 120 Wigeon, 60 Teal, Peregrine - male, 10 Ringed Plover, 16+ Grey Plover, Common Sandpiper, 42 Common Gull (all at mouth of the Yeo) and 4 Stonechats.
 
6th - Today at Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve there were 11 Snipe, 2 Jack Snipe and 8 Tufted Ducks.
 
5th - At Weston Moor today a staggering 148 Snipe were seen as well as 2 Siskins.  At Portbury Wharf there were 17 Snipe, 1 Jack Snipe, 8 Tufted Duck, 2 Gadwall and 400 Lapwing.  Three Brent Geese, c500 Lapwing, 2 Ringed Plover, c300 Dunlin, c200 Wigeon and 5 Snipe were at the Clevedon-Yeo.
 
4th - A bright, sunny morning today at Clevedon with 7 Little Egrets, 14 Ringed Plover, c220 Dunlin, 24 Turnstones, 25 Oystercatchers, 34 Grey Plover, c250 Lapwing, c100 Curlew, 140 Redshank, Spotted Redshank, Black-tailed Godwit, Common Sandpiper, 12 Snipe, 1 Jack Snipe, c60 Wigeon, c100 Teal, 3 Stonechats, Chiffchaff and a Merlin being seen.  Five Woodcock were flushed from Walton Moor this morning.  A Med Gull was in the Gordano valley and 83 Wigeon and 350 Lapwing were seen at Portbury Wharf.
 
3rd - There were 3 Brent Geese at the Clevedon Yeo today, once of which was pale-bellied,  a Merlin was also seen.  At Portbury Wharf there were c500 Dunlin, 100+ Lapwing, 7 Tufted Ducks and 5 Little Grebes.
 
1st - It was fairly quiet at Clevedon today with the highlights being 5 Little Egret, 210 Wigeon, 5+ Ringed Plover, 16 Grey Plover, 350+ Dunlin, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 90+ Redshank, 12+ Turnstone and a Raven.
